All wall print orders include free courier delivery anywhere in South Africa. Your order will be delivered directly to your door using a trusted courier partner.
We take great care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives safely. In the unlikely event that your artwork is damaged during transit, we offer a 100% replacement guarantee.
Dog Tags
Dog tags are shipped using the following delivery options:
PostNet to PostNet – R109
Your order will be delivered to your selected PostNet branch within 2–3 business days after dispatch.
Door-to-Door Courier – R250
Your order will be delivered directly to your address within 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
Production Times
Many of our products are custom made to order, which means production time is required before shipping.
Orders are typically completed within 3–7 working days, depending on the product type, order quantity, and current production capacity.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched.
Main Cities: 1–2 business days
Regional Areas: 3–4 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on location and courier network conditions.
Custom Artwork & Proof Approval
For custom prints and personalised dog tags, a design proof will be emailed to you for approval before production begins.
Please carefully review all details, including spelling, colours, breed selection, and contact information. Once your approval has been received, production will begin.
As personalised items are made specifically for you, changes cannot be made once the proof has been approved.
Returns & Replacements
Because many of our products are custom made, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
If your order arrives damaged during transit or there is an error with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery so we can assist.
Where applicable, we will gladly arrange a replacement at no additional cost. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include clear photographs of the product and packaging when contacting us.
Lost Parcels & Courier Delays
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is managed by our courier partners. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur and are outside of our control.
If your parcel appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist in tracking the shipment and resolving the issue with the courier.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Please ensure that all delivery details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.
If an incorrect address is supplied and the parcel needs to be redirected or re-shipped, additional courier charges may apply and will be the responsibility of the customer.
We stand by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
